Covid-19 Disruptions

Due to the pandemic, please expect delivery delays on top of below estimates.

Our delivery partners will not obtain your physical signature upon delivery. Your package will be left at a safe place on your premise. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after it has been passed onto our delivery partners.

 

All orders are dispatched within the next 1-2 business days.

Sendle is used for most deliveries while Australia Post is used for all international, express and PO Box deliveries.

Ordering Process

  1. After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email which states your purchase number and invoice.
  2. We will then dispatch your order within the next 1-2 business days. This excludes public holidays and weekends.
  3. Once it has been dispatched, you will receive another email which links your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking status to update.

All orders include a tracking number.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, please enter your PO Box as your delivery address at checkout.
