If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, we will issue you store credit.
We do not accept returns on sale items, earrings, hair accessories and gift cards and the returned item must be in their original sale condition.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- Items must be returned in their original sale condition (unused, unworn, undamaged and inside its packaging).
- Sale items, earrings, hair accessories and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
- We are not responsible for lost items during shipping returns.
- Denied returns are shipped back to customers at the customer’s own expense.
HOW TO RETURN
- DM us on Instagram @beigee_au or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
- We will send you the address to post.
- Head to your friendly Australia Post to pack and pay for shipping. We recommend you include tracking to ensure your package arrives safely.
- That's it!
Once we have received the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our conditions of return and issue you store credit relatively.
What if I received a defective item?
While this rarely happens, please do contact us right away with pictures of the fault. We will organise a replacement or refund for you immediately.
Can I exchange?
Once you return the item, we will issue you store credit which has no expiry. You can use this store credit to exchange for a different item.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return, and for ensuring that the item meets our premises as we cannot issue you store credit otherwise. We recommend you use tracked shipping for that purpose.
How do I use my store credit?
Due to the nature of our website provider, we can only currently provide store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Don't worry, it works just like store credit (simply apply the code at check out)!
