When is the next restock?

Our pieces are imported from Korea, meaning it can take a long time to restock. During this time, a lot of pieces could have also discontinued (or sold out in Korea) so we can never guarantee restocks. Please stay updated on Instagram/emails as we will notify you of any restocks from there.

Are your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes, all of our jewellery are hypoallergenic and will not tarnish over time.

Are your bags made out of real animal leather?

No, all of our bags are made out of vegan faux leather.

How do I wash your clothes?

To maintain your piece for as long as possible, please check the material of the clothing via the tag or product description and refer to our washing instructions page.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We are based in Australia and ship worldwide.

How long will it take to ship to me?

On average, standard Australian shipping takes between 1-10 business days. Express takes 2-6 business days. Countries outside of Australia can take anywhere between 8-23 business days. Please note these numbers are only an average based on past orders and can vary depending on your location (i.e. regional) and season (i.e. Christmas, Black Friday).

How much is shipping?

Australia & New Zealand: FREE standard shipping over $100 otherwise $9.95 flat rate. Express AU shipping is $14.95.

Other countries: FREE standard shipping over $250 otherwise $24.95 flat rate.

Do you ship to PO boxes or Parcel Collect?

Yes, but please input your address in the correct order and format at checkout:

Address Line 1: Parcel Locker or Collect XXXXX XXXXX
Address Line 2: Street address of the Locker/Post Office

Failure to do so will mean the address is invalid and your order will be unable to be delivered by our primary courier, Sendle. It will be returned to us and you will be responsible for the redelivery cost equal to the actual shipping cost charged by Australia Post.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order dispatch email notification which contains your tracking number within the order page.

If you've created an account with us, you can also track your order by logging in to view your account order history.

I'm outside Australia. Are there additional fees?

Beigee is not responsible for any additional charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. All customs fees, sales tax, duty and any other additional costs associated with your purchase is the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in the order or shipping fee.

Please contact your local customs office to find out the applicable taxes and customs fees for your country.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

If you change your mind within 30 days of placing your order, we will issue you a refund. We do not accept returns on sale items, earrings, swimwear, hair accessories and gift cards and the returned item must be in their original sale condition.

How do I start a return?

  1. DM us on Instagram @beigee_au or email us at hello@beigee.com.au with your order number.
  2. We will respond with an address to post.
  3. Head to your closest Australia Post to pack and pay for shipping. We recommend you include tracking to ensure your package arrives safely.

Once we have received the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our conditions of return and issue you the refund relatively. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed and it will arrive into your bank account within a couple of business days.

Do you cover return shipping?

No. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return, and for ensuring that the item meets our premises as we cannot refund you otherwise. We recommend you use tracked shipping for that purpose.

Can I drop off the return products to you instead of shipping it?

Unfortunately, we do not take return drop-offs at this point in time.

What if I received a defective item?

While this rarely ever happens, please contact us right away with pictures of the fault. We will organise a replacement or refund for you immediately.

Can I exchange to something else?

Once you return the item, we will issue you a refund. You can use this refund to exchange for a different item.

Do you offer Afterpay?

Yes! Wear now pay later.

How do I redeem my gift card?

To redeem your gift card, please apply your unique code at the 'Discount Code' section at checkout.

Why won't my discount codes stack?

Like most websites, our discount codes are not stackable. Please use one discount code per order. You can, however, stack a discount code on top of gift cards.
