When is the next restock?

If you see a listed item as 'SOLD OUT' on the website, there is a high chance that it will restock within the next few weeks. Otherwise, if it is no longer listed on the website, there is a high chance that it is discontinued.

We can never guarantee a restock due to the nature of our suppliers' operations in Korea unless otherwise announced. Please stay updated on our socials~

Are your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes, all of our jewellery are hypoallergenic.

Are your bags made out of real animal leather?

No, all of our bags are made out of vegan faux leather.

How do I redeem my gift card?

To redeem your gift card, please apply your unique code at the 'Discount Code' section at checkout.

What is the 'Minor Flaw' option?

Minor Flaw items are discounted due to its slight imperfection (i.e. scratch, mark) that was caused during transit from Korea to Australia. These imperfections are usually barely noticeable (you can find the details in the product description) and never interfere with the functionality of the item.

Please note that there are no exchanges/returns for Minor Flaw items.

How come my discount codes won’t stack?

Our website provider currently does not permit stackable discounts. For that reason, please use one discount code per order.
